Ndapa Nakashole

I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, San Diego where I am a member of the Artificial Intelligence group, and the Jacobs School of Engineering. Before that, I was a postdoctoral fellow in the Machine Learning department at Carnegie Mellon University, where I worked with Tom Mitchell. I obtained my PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Informatics, and Saarland University, where my advisor was Gerhard Weikum. I graduated with a Bsc and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town, my thesis advisor was Hussein Suleman. Even further back, I completed my early education in Namibia.
